Hi, I’m Sophonie, a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant with a passion for supporting mothers and babies throughout their feeding journey.

As a mother of three and a maternal-child health nurse, I understand that breastfeeding can be beautiful, but it can also come with unexpected challenges. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, personalized care that helps you feel heard, supported, and confident.

I’m especially passionate about providing culturally responsive care and supporting families in English and Haitian Creole.
